Timing
We make every effort to accommodate your last-minute gift-giving requests. During the December holidays, however, we may require several days to design and deliver your gift.
Products and Substitutions
Due to certain supply limits and seasonal availability, we may design your gift with alternative products of equal or greater value and quality.
Corporate and Business Accounts
We are happy to assist you with custom and personalized gifts for any event.
Delivery and Shipping
We hand-deliver within Santa Fe city limits Monday through Friday; weekend delivery is available if orders are placed M-F. Local delivery charges range from $11 - $25.
We can hand deliver to Albuquerque and Los Alamos and some Santa Fe County areas for an additional charge. 24 hours notice required and only on Monday through Friday. We typically ship FEDEX ground. Fruit baskets hand delivered only.
Fed Ex overnight, second-day, or third-day guaranteed delivery is also available at an additional charge; we would also be happy to ship via Fed Ex or UPS using your account number.
Additional charges apply when:
1-An incorrect address is provided to us and we have to attempt a second delivery. (applies to hand delivered in Santa Fe)
2-If an item is returned as undeliverable ($15) due to incorrect address, we make every attempt to contact you and there is another charge to reship.
3-Any package is returned as undeliverable ($15 charge) and we cannot reach you.
